"Excellent place to stay. Beautiful in every way for all aspects of a stay that you want. My only complaint really is that the rooms were noisy for different reasons we had to change our room at first. The first night the air conditioner was making a lot of vibrating sounds we recorded it and let the front staff hear it. They were so immediate and rectifying the issue and moving her. We also had people above us that first night that were making lots of noise during the middle of the night so perhaps not as soundproof as we would like it to be. When we changed rooms to the second night the air unit was a little different and it's designed for that room and so the register was really making a lot of noise . Every time you kick in it was very noisy. Again people next to us opening slamming doors in the middle of the night. But that part of it isn't something the hotel can really control so we understand. This was still the only issue we had a restful sleep because of the quality of the furniture in the beds in these rooms. There's such meticulous detail and how all the rooms are furnished and finished it is really upscale very fancy. They even offer Valley service for free as part of your state. I'm definitely coming back to this place."
