"I wanted to give a big thumb up to the staff here. They are very helpful as I asked for the luggage delivery to the airport on my first day check in. They gave me all the information (usually it’s 1 day from Osaka to Haneda airport) but staff (Yun san) even checked and double confirmed with the delivery company afterward and informed me it’s actually taking 2 days. "I really love that the staff was so nice. The rooms were very very clean. I was also able to enjoy a private Hanson. I have lots of tattoos so it was nice to be able to go into one. I also have a 15-year-old son who wanted to try and on and really wasn’t prepared for the whole experience if you know what I mean. So he went into the private one as well. It is perfectly located and I actually love that town. I had a really good time. The people are so sweet."
