"There was no phone, even to the front desk. TheDirectv was horrible. Bath/shower plumbing was difficult to deal with.
Was not informed a new roof was going to be installed in the morning. Pounding early in the morning about gave me a heart attack!!"

"Property is excellent. Lost water one night but that was it. Only 2 things I didn’t like was the 9pm cut off on use of the pool and that there was no staff onsite at night in case of emergency."

"Not a problem for us, but if steps are a problem for you, it will be a challenge. The location is excellent for the HOF. Also within easy walking distance to several restaurants, and souvenir shops abound. The parking at the back of the building is definitely a plus as well, as spaces fill up fast for any street parking."
