Properly is fine , staff fine, breakfast ok, sheets and pillows great. Only problem is it’s musty in the room, Smells bad as soon as door is opened and the door entry to outside slams shut with each opening. It sounded like above us they rearranged the furniture but settled down. Free showtime helped a little.

Reasonable for the money you get what you pay for.The room was clean as was the lobby and the location is very convenient to the university as well as shopping and the fairgrounds.The only improvements would be to upgrade the threadbare towels and replace the bathtub unit which has a dangerous crack inside the tub which is plastic. I think it was either room 103 or 105.The price did equal the value and we were satisfied

We stayed one night in Cobbleskill, unfortunately a Storm had come through and knocked out power to half of the hotel. Our room had power in the bathroom, but not in the rest of the room. The staff was very helpful in lending flashlights. We were hoping by morning the problem would have been resolved, but it was not. The hotel was clean and offered a continental breakfast in the morning.
