"Room was too hot. Staff especially the lady at reception was very kind and nice. Even looked after my dog while I used the swimming pool and steam room. Breakfast was excellent. Rooms are dated and was very hot but the ambiance and staff made the stay very pleasant "

"We had a very enjoyable stay. Staff really lovely and made us very welcome. The main restaurant is closed most nights except Sunday and Monday but don’t let this stop you as they recommend lovely places around and all walkable I’d try and reserve a table at one just to stop any dissapointment if you arrive late. "Luttrell Arms is a charming hotel, full of character and we were made to feel so welcome by Julie on reception. Our room was amazing and very comfortable. Lovely gardens, perfect for a G&T in the late afternoon! We had dinner in the restaurant both evenings. Excellent food and a special mention to Gabor and Jules who both worked so hard. Already planning a return trip!"
