Room was clean, breakfast was great (apart from the pod coffee machine not working very well), late check out at 12.00 was really helpful and staff were really friendly at the reception desk and at breakfast. Breakfast was exceptional. Staff were great and very helpful. Would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Carcassonne. It has Ann exceptional location in the cite for exploring Carcassonne.
