"From check in to check out, the hotel was fantastic. Rooms were beautiful, and the beds really comfortable. The pool area and bar staff were amazing. My daughter had left her teddy bear at the previous hotel, and they called the hotel on my behalf and arranged for it to be picked up and delivered to us. The staff went above and beyond whenever they could. The hotel was located very close to the lantern boat rides, market and night life, but was just far enough away to avoid noise at night. All...

"I was very happy with the resort until I checked out. Receptionist asked if we took the white bath robes. The robes were not there when we checked in n I didn’t even know there suppose to b 2 white robes. Receptionist didn’t asked us to pay for the robes but they made us feel like we stole it. So beware. "

"Check in was simple at the front desk. But after, that the desk was not manned. Come to find out Lacasa Villas is obviously owned by the same folks that own the resort next door. Breakfast was resort quality across the street. That front desk was manned, so I went over there when I needed anything. And they took great care of me. The location was quiet, but a busy area was just a block away. The river with the lanterns was about 8 minutes away. Ancient City shopping started about 10...
