"A very good location, in the middle of everything you might want to see in Hamburg. Hotel is well designed, well decorated, feels vibrant and cool. The availability of children playroom, a very nice restaurant, a rooftop bar and a huge shopping mall nearby makes it very convenient to stay here and just enjoy the trip. We loved it and for sure it will be our first choice next time we visit Hamburg!"

"Ich persönlich fand den Aufenthalt das Geld nicht unbedingt wert. Klar die Lage ist unschlagbar, aber die Zimmer (comfort ) rechtfertigen den Übernachtungspreis Preis nicht. Ich fand es relativ hellhörig und durch die offenen duschen, hört man das Wasser auch im eigenen Zimmer. Man zahlt halt für die Lage und die war unschlagbar."

"Nachdem es nicht mehr das Hyatt war sondern nun das Conrad wollte ich das Hotel mal ausprobieren. Sehr erfreulich ist, dass das schöne warme rotbraune Holz in der Lobby und auch in den Zimmern noch vorhanden ist. Die Zimmer ist gemütlich und allgemein ist es sehr ruhig und entspannend im Hotel. Nach der zweiten Nacht ist leider eine Familie mit Kindern neben mir eingezogen, die ich (vll. auch besonders verstärkt durch die Verbindungstür) sehr gut wahrgenommen haben. "The Hotel location is excellent, 2 blocks from the Central train station and shopping streets. But don't use the hotel in summer because the air conditioning in the rooms doesn't work. The hotel gave us a fan and we maintained the windows open."
