"They literally told us they had no extra pillows and two mornings in a row we waited for clean towels before we could even shower. And to top it all off the pool was closed for some fake reason and that is the whole reason we booked that hotel! Just awful"

"Room was never cleaned from the previous guess. Called front desk three times and they never cleaned the room, made the bed or took the trash out until the third call. We still never got fresh towels. Horrible experience"
