"Ottimo Hotel nel centro di Rapallo, con bel bar terrazzo all’ultimo piano che domina il golfo. Stanze ampie e pulitissime, struttura abbastanza nuova, stanno rifacendo la facciata ma non disturba. Come utente Gold Expedia ho ottenuto due attenzioni non richieste e non sempre capita quindi ….complimenti….."

"Wonderful location, a lovely view and a warm welcome. But! Let's be honest! The rooms are small, poor sound proofing and any hotel charging €100+ per night should provide a proper bed! Not a metal bed frame (almost a camp bed) with a thin low quality mattress! After the first night of an uncomfortable sleep Reception said they would put 'another mattress topper' on the bed. They use a duvet, which is not a 'mattress topper'. On top of this there are 2 paper cups as the only drinking vessels...
