"Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here at Lagun, the staff were so polite and helpful and always on hand if we had a request. In my opinion the level of service goes above and beyond what you might expect and it made our stay extra special. The room was clean the restaurant was likewise very clean and the food was delicious.Thank you so much for having us and making our engagement week extra special! As a minor foot note I think the water they serve in the restaurant is tap water which they tell you...

"We were not aware there were insect in their beach and mosquitos on beach so couldn’t enjoy and asked for refund for 2 nights. "

"Staff was the best - from the time got off the plane, a private car took us to the welcome center. We were serenaded, and provided traditional mirienda while we waited for the private boat that took us to the most pristine Pangalusian Island. It’s one of the best vacations I experienced."

"Due to the recent typhoon things were not up to their usual standard, Im sure. Leaves blowing in pool, internet and power in and out with generator backup. Overall the pool was lovely, restaurant had good food, rooms were very nice and felt high end compared to other hotels in the area. Staff was exceptionally friendly. "
