Hot tub was broken, they charged extra to park, no where was that listed, when we are already paying to stay there. People were fighting by the pool in the middle of the night. Kids screaming by the pool at 6 a.m.

Radisson Blu Mall of America
The staff are very welcoming and the newly refurbished rooms are nicely done and spatious. Only criticism is that the bathroom fan is permanently on, so if you're a light sleeper you'll notice that. The hotel is ideally situated within the mall, with no need to go out into the cold if you don't want ...

Hyatt Regency Bloomington - Minneapolis
No warning about parking fee and front desk person didn't even point us to the elevators and the king sized bed felt like a pullout mattress.
