The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. The facility and rooms were clean. Breakfast was provided each morning and there was a good selection. The hotel is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and is in a good location close to a nice shopping area with a grocery store and restaurants.

The breakfast was excellent. The food selection was great and it was tasty. The only bummer would be that there was a very loud buzzing noise outside of our room. I told the front desk, but it wasnโ€™t corrected and no one even let us know that the problem was looked at by someone. The noise was loud enough that it kept us awake.

Room was large and comfortable, check-in was fast, breakfast was excellent, exercise room had two treadmills, so I was able to get a run in. Service was friendly and bathroom was roomy. Very, very nice stay.

First, the staff was excellent. They were always responsive and very courteous. I would even say very thoughtful. The breakfast bar was one of the better ones I've had at a hotel. The only negative is that the facility could use a little refurbishing. Hallway carpets were showing their age and a few of the walls around the elevator could have used a fresh coat of paint. Mind you it is not extremely bad, just a bit noticeable. One big plus for me is the strength of the walls to subdue noise, and I found that to be good here (ie I was able to get a good, quiet night's sleep)
