I was not aware when I booked the room that they only clean the room once a week. I don't expect much, make the bed, provide clean towels and empty the trash. would not recommend.

The room was spacious and clean however the safe in the room was not working. The drains were clogged. Me and my family went to the pool & we were told they ran out of towels so we had to walk to the room drenched. The customer service here could’ve been a lot better. It was just ok here. We had a kitchenette room only enough dishes for people there was 3 of us only 1 pan. One of the pillow cases was dirty, it was noisy, the internet and TV kept going in and out. We'll never stay there again.
