The one stressor I had during my visit is that I am scared of spiders, and some big ones got into the room after I did. Yashodara handled this amazingly. The food at the hotel was outstanding and by far the best buffets we had during our trip to Sri Lanka and definitely the best hoppers. The hotel is built into a rock. "I can’t recommend this place enough. I have never before receive the care and kindness as I did when I stayed at Amron Resort. The family owned accommodation treated me as if I myself was family - making me a delicious breakfast every morning regardless of how early I was getting up for trips. Also very helpful in arranging activities such as going on an elephant safari. If you’re reading this, please go for this. It really showed me how beautiful the Sri Lankan people are."
