"my advice is to stay somewhere else. to me, this building seemed like it had been used as subsidized housing by a public agency and then sold. The new owner may have transformed each of the units into a hotel room, but they couldn’t change the stairways, the elevators, or the sad depressing feeling inside the building. "Always clean and convenient with shuttle to the airport entrance. Entrance direct into the airport for carry on customers. Restaurant is good and staff friendly. Starbucks in lobby."

"Hotel is literally in the University of Minnesota campus so it was super convenient, rooms are spacious and clean and beds are very comfortable, the loony is very nice and they have free lemonade and popcorn and there is a chic filet and Starbucks right downstairs and a Dunkin across the street, I also tried their restaurant and liked it a lot, highly recommend for U of M parents"

"Stay was absolutely amazing. Staff are very accommodating and lovely. One thing I would say is the communication with the kitchen staff could use some work. At least once per meal something wasn’t as requested when it was very basic request. Ex. No tomatoes, or sauce on the side."

"No microwave inside room, I didn't have toilet tissue, no cold drinks in venting also vending needs were very expensive! But the staff was very patient while I had waited to check in wasn't rude but very informative about how to get my room deposit payed! Its ran very structured and I can respect that.. as the renovations come along the key inn stay was very comfortable and quite & cleanliness was EMACULANT!!! Ik where ill be coming to stay when I come in town on weekends!"

"The room was thoughtfully designed for a small room and was beautifully decorated. The onsite gym was well equipped and spacious. The bar/restaurant was delicious and well staffed. Only complaint, offsite self parking was a bit challenging, it was close but getting in and out of the garage on weekend required assistance from human versus automatic."

"The property is easy to access from the major Hwy system. It is nice that they have a restaurant in house but the prices they charge seem to be excessive."

"Our stay was okay. Our king room was super small. The mini fridge is a mini mini fridge and not very cold. The towels were thin and hard. The air conditioner was extremely loud. It was clean and comfortable otherwise. The towels bothered me the most. The staff were super nice which made up for some of the shortcomings."

"It’s fine as a baseline motel. The place is run down, especially as compared to the neighborhood- hallway carpets were musty, but the room’s was ok. Their hospitality is also baseline… strict 10:30 checkout, etc. Minihaha falls is close, which is why I chose the spot, and there’s bus and transit a block away. It worked out, though I personally would expect a lower rate for the quality."

"The housekeeping only did one bed and forgot to do the other bed during our stay over. My toddler found a live cockroaches on a pillow. The key card doesn't work properly."
