"I cannot recommend this location in Belle Plaine, Minnesota. The room was very dirty. The hot tub was unusable and the guests were unruly until wee hours of the morning. The windows have never been washed. The hot tub had filth coming out of its jets and the bottom of the bed frame looks like it had never been wiped down. The place is definitely in need of some TLC and for what I paid a night $169. I am completely unsatisfied."

"The pool area isn't bad. The hot tub jets shoot right into your face and the rooms are really outdated and dirty. OK stay for ppl in construction or those who stay a week at a time. It's decent for the price you pay. It's a place to stay."

"If you’re a used to the Sonesta hotel standard, don’t stay here. Property is very run-down, overflowing trash all around the perimeter. Our room reeked of strong peroxide and cleaning products. The bathroom sink leaked all over the floor, kitchen sink would not run cold water, bathtub had no stopper. There were no towels (we were able to procure some from the front desk but none on arrival), no soap in the bathroom, no kitchen supplies (including no cups of any kind), no blanket on the bed. "One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions."

Front desk called at 11pm and threatened to kick us out for non-existent payment issues. Staff was not easy to communicate with. Convenient location, but we will not stay here again."
