"Great hotel with amazing staff! We stayed with a dance competition group and had to be out the door at 6:45AM the next morning. The staff opened the hot breakfast up for us early so we could all eat something before we left! "

"If you have to travel to the Twin Cities area, Maple Grove is a nice option out of downtown yet close enough to everything on the 494 loop. This Hilton Garden Inn is tremendous amongst those options. We checked in at 9:50, and the manager alerted us to the restaurant/bar closing in 10 minutes. 10 minutes before close on a Thursday, most restaurants are busy in their shut down procedures. Fred not only kept the kitchen open, but we had a steak that was better than most places calling...

"1.breakfast was not useful to someone who is staying for a week 2. They tried to update property however furniture is old, stained and out dated. 3. Smoke stains on all tops of furniture 4. Had to check out a day earlier and was instructed to contact Expedia for refund for the day and when they were contacted by Expedia they refused to refund last day even though it was an emergency and I had no choice to leave. 5. Ice machine leaked so bad the tile and carpet into hallway was wet always And...

"So overall, I thought it was a pretty good experience. I’d say the one thing I was more disappointed as the breakfast. I would’ve expected something a little bit nicer than just a little Debbie’s donuts or hostess donuts and just packaged stuff. I would expect something a little more fresh or something for the most part. It was really good. That would be. I would say really my only issue."

Our big complaints were the sketchy, poorly lit, crowded parking areas and the thick pot-smoke in front of and inside the hotel lobby and elevator. Those two things together made the hotel seem less welcoming than I am sure the owners wanted it to be. "
