"Chaotic front desk area in the evening when we tried to check in. We (and about six other people) had to wait over ten minutes before a staff member arrived to take care of us. Clearly management doesn’t schedule enough staff I the evenings. The hotel was fine, but definitely not worth the price. We should have stayed across the street at the Springhill for half the price."

"We love this hotel and use it every time we are in Minneapolis. Clean, beautiful, and easy access to the airport & Mall of America. No free breakfast but for the low price we paid, we could afford to get breakfast elsewhere or pay for breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel. Can't wait to come back again."
