"This was our first visit to Mystic and we blown away!! What a beautiful, amazing property. We were so impressed by the options for dining and bars we had a hard time choosing. Can’t wait to come back and experience more of the amenities on site like the golf and the spa. Overall, amazing experience! Absolutely recommend."

"There were screws left on stairway by pool. The pool had slit of water everywhere so it was super slippery not very clean out there. Towels were not stocked in both rooms one one per room and another guest said the same thing in there room so this was three rooms stocked with one towel, we had to ask for them. Shower head wasn’t on we had to put it on. Wasn’t super clean but I have seen worse so it was better than other hotels. The staff were friendly. Had some strange smells. It was quiet in...

"Hotel and room were very nice and clean. Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room location was close to the interstate Hwy so we heard a lot of vehicle noise, Loud. The included breakfast was not as nice as I had expected, not up to par as compared to other hotels I have stayed at."

"The room was clean and comfortable & the staff was good. The breakfast was extremely disappointing. The omelets tasted like rubber, the bacon was greasy and super thinly sliced. No fresh fruit. Nothing heathy to eat. Also, the breakfast didn’t open until 7:00 am."

"One of the most disgusting breakfast we have had. Did not feel clean. We didn’t have enough pillows, went down and asked and they said they were put. They changed our room type without consent. I assumed it was close to the airport since it says airport hotel in the name, it’s not close. The airport staff had no idea where it was and it took the shuttle 20-30 minutes to come and get us. The night front lady was rude and not helpful with answering questions."
