"Beautiful hotel with intricate interior throughout which is a wonderful setting to base a stay in Bruges. The hotel is run by John and Michael who are the most incredible hosts, with nothing too much trouble and an incredibly warm welcome. We arrived late on a Friday evening but we're greeted and shown to our room with lots of information about the city. The breakfast is excellent, with lots of choice and high quality fresh ingredients from yoghurt, fruits, granola, breads and pastries, eggs...

"Fabulous hotel within easy walking distance of the main area. The hotel is clean and staff very helpful. It has a car park which was ideal for us and driving to it was no problem to navigate. The breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. The room was spacious and warm with complementary toiletries and drinking water. No complaints at all - would highly recommend!"

"Lovely boutique guest house in Bruges! A short walk from the city centre and easy to arrive via the bus from the train station. Self-check-in was extremely smooth and the chap at check-out was very friendly. We had the place to ourselves and our room was pretty and comfortable. "Breakfast was amazing,as always. The couple who serve,are just so lovely. We have been coming to the Pand for many years. Originally when The Van Haek family owned The Pand . Frankly it is just not the same standard. Breakfast is always fabulous (the couple have been there for many years,and worked for the original owners,as above).
