"On the beach and pool was nice. Staff was ok at best. Drinks and even waters were extremely pricey for the type of “resort” it was. If you want beach and big hotel pool, it’s for you. If you’re expecting an actual resort keep looking."

"Upon arrival the staff member at the desk wasn't welcoming at all she seemed exhausted and ready to go. Provided minimal information. The other front desk staff members were very helpful and pleasant. The room was nice and everything worked as expected."
