"For the amount of money we spent (around $200 for a room for one night), I expected something decent. This place is old and run down. No pool, poor breakfast choices, stains on pillows and walls, the room was musty, TV did not work, paint was chipping, etc."

Need additional staff to help out with breakfast as Receptionist wasn't always available to restock/resupply breakfast area.
Breakfast area wasn't large enough for the number of guests using it.
