"It’s old and many things don’t work properly for example the ac is super loud and only keeps the entrance cool. The coffee machine didn’t work properly. The hot water for the shower was off and on and really not that hot. No pressure in the shower either. Very rude when it came to checking as no flexibility was offered for check time unless I was willing to give more money!"

"Property is on a top floor of a beautiful building. It’s in a very convenient location to restaurants, train station as well as the port. The communication with the host is excellent. A bit confusing on how to access the building and how to get to the suites. My issue with understanding. You get into the building, there is a small elevator ( or a walk up the grand staircase). Auch nach explizitem nachfragen, war wieder 9:00. definitiv war es aber bis 9:30 - dass wir nicht wussten. Urlaub ist Urlaub - und nachdem das Appartement nicht IM Hotel war, war es mit mehr Zeitaufwand verbunden. Daher haben wir auf ein täglich aufstehen, spätestens 8/00 verzichtet.
