"The front desk staff were super responsive, helped arrange transport to the airport. The continental breakfast was very nice and the expresso coffees were great. The terrace restaurant was nice for dinner overlooking the ocean. Used the gym downstairs once, big gym lots of good equipment but a little dirty around the floors which was not to my standards for a gym. Did not use the indoor pool but it looked amazing. "

"What a stunning hotel, we loved our stay at the Belair in Sorrento. Little touches such as email correspondence enquiring our purpose for the stay. A 30th celebration for my son and reassurance the Belair staff would do all possible to make his birthday a memorable one. All the staff we found exceptionally helpful and kind, in particular the Restaurant Female Manager personally enquired about our daily plans and voiced genuine concern for my son's foot injury which he really appreciated. "We just got back from staying 6 nights at the Boutique Hotel Helios in Sorrento, Italy. Our room and the rest of the hotel was extremely clean. The fixtures in our bathroom looked to be new or updated and was extremely clean. Our room had a balcony with a small table and two chairs with a beautiful view of the bay and Mount Vesuvius. Just beautiful! All staff that we encountered were extremely pleasant, personable and extremely helpful from the front desk personnel to the young male bar tender...

"Hotel was perfect! Staff were so helpful. Shuttle into town hourly worked out great. Beds were comfortable and rooms quiet. Great breakfast daily looking out toward Mount Vesuvius was amazing. Front desk arranged for a driver to get us to the Naples airport which I highly recommend. "
