"The lobby is a little misleading. The place looks so amazing from the outside and the lobby as well. The staff we encountered was very sweet but the rooms were incredibly dirty. The floors and the walls were honestly disgusting. I will upload photos if I could. The floors were carpet meant to look like hard wood and were insanely stained. "Great property with great staff that was very accommodating and eager to help. Yoon at the front desk was very welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of in terms of luggage delivered to our room. The facilities were top notch and the views from the high floor rooms unbeatable. The lounge and restaurant on the 32nd and 33rd floor were grrat as well. Will definitely be back."
