"The hotel did not accept the booking by the app and I had to pay again rs 1500 rs that too for one night.pl.verify and refund my booked amount and never ever inconvenience customers like me.your customer care was also not available N.c.narasimhacharyulu. Hyderabad."

After repeated requests & also confirming the reservation over phone after booking, the hotel person said there is no room available in that property & said he can give only in another place ..."
