"The AC only worked on 1 temperature but the room stayed cool. The bed was leaning.... I almost fell out. The fridge was leaning, and no door on the freezer. The lampshade was spoiled and the desk was turned backward. Wasn't sure if something was being hidden. The tv remote had no back on it. Batteries kept falling out. The tub had no mat and showed signs that one used to be there. "

"The room was clean, but the bedding didn't seem to be washed, the staff was friendly, the breakfast was good, but they ran out of eggs before 9:00 AM. The kitchen was clean, but the refrigerator was rusty on the outside, but it worked well. I went there to use the pool, but it has never been open per the staff. I was disappointed about that."

During check in the staff were very condescending and rude as well as unhelpful. The walk to the room was very eye opening. Trash bins in the hall full of garbage. "I liked the location of the property. It was easy to get to (if you can follow your GPS). The property was larger that it looks from the outside. There was a pool, exercise room, space for a meeting and ready to cook breakfast and/or a buffet (an additional fee). We had a mini fridge, microwave and coffeemaker in our room. When we got to our room and attempted to turn on the TV, there was a message about the "contract" is still being negotiated. Eventually, we moved the channel button and...

"The room was very nice, however, the toilet was really low. They need a hand rail for it. Also, there is no lock on the bathroom door. It's a sliding glass door. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant."
