Khách sạn Mission Hill

"The front desk lady was very pleasant, patient, and kind!! She was very attentive and nice to each customer as I was checking in in a line of people. The room was clean and put together like a high scale hotel. There were lots of hotel features, all the necessities plus more: lemon water, k cup coffee in the room, full breakfast, a hot tub, side door access, a fitness room, and the hotel is in a great location. I got to have a late checkout with no fuss about it either. The hotel room was nice...

"The staff was amazingly nice and helpful!!!! Would have given 10 stars for service if I could."

"Good for a night."

"We arrived late after flying all day and then driving 2 hours and checked in. Once we got to our rooms we found bed bugs! So disgusting...not only on one room but 4 of the 5 we had booked for the family for a wedding!!!!! We all left and had to find a new hotel at midnight while none of the staff was helpful at the hotel in order for us to get a refund! They tried to tell us they wont refund until it was confirmed a pest company!!!! Upon showing our videos and pictures they just got more...

"No the cleanest or well kept"

"Parking was OK. Language barrier with staff was annoying. I didn’t eat the carb breakfast. Would not stay there again."

"Todd and Esther were so attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. They both loved to discuss the hotel's history and permanent residents. The food was cooked to order and inexpensive. Each of the rooms is unique and comfortable. Cannot say enough good about our stay"

"Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4:15 with check in time advertised at 3pm. It took her 20 minutes to make a bed and vacuum while we waited in the hallway."
