"Room was average, had very basic amenities. A fridge, and microwave. Convenient area. Room Could us a paper cup or 2, , perhaps a hook, a hanger to put your stuff on. Bathroom was clean, good shower. Very loud in hallway, yelling guests, lots of slamming doors unfortunately, hear running showers, water, next door. Easy to get in. No checkout instructions when called, or texted. Bring some ear plugs. Good area for food, walkable, easy ttc access. Seemed safe. Nice park close by. "

"Host allowed early check-in, there were other guests who were coordial and polite. Others came in and went. Presence of other folks creating noise from time to time around the property doing stuff, not under the control of hosts, and are unable to deal with such stuff. Free bottled water, tea/coffee, access to utensils, laundry, etc. Great value for money. Some rooms have attached washrooms while others don't. Some bugs on the property encountered regularly."

"No real complaints. It was very clean and quite convenient. The shared bathroom was no problem as it’s not overcrowded and I never ran into anybody else. The only thing is that the outside seems to be under construction and there are a couple of loose bricks on the way down the pathway to the entrance of this place so watch your step. But that was at the time of this review. I’m sure it’ll be finished up in the near future. "
