"The first Airport shuttle driver (John) was poor. He left without checking to see if we were there. We were a little off to the side because we didn't realize the numbers for the pick up were in small letters and numbers on a concrete column AND that the shuttle did not have ANY identification for Four Points by Sheraton. When we called again 40 minutes later than our first call to the hotel and got more information (that it would be a Best Western van (not black, as we were told it would be, by the way) he came back. When I showed him the reservation for the shuttle just to be sure we were on the right one, he was very surly. Our second shuttle experience was exactly the opposite of the first. Our driver (and I really wish I could remember his name) was excellent, professional, and very nice. My final comments are about the on-site restaurant. There was only one person working - bar tending, waitressing, bussing,etc. She did an incredible job but obviously needed help!!"
