"It is what it is - an airport hotel. You go there was quick, efficient, dependable service. And this is where the stars come in - through the staff. They are great. The hotel could be cleaner/ but you stay overnight so getting a good quiet sleeting environment is more important than a pool or fluffy towels. AC was good, service was good, and you have a really comfortable beds and blackout blinds. Perfect airport hotel"

"I was very disappointed with my stay. The room was not at all what I expected. As soon as I walked in, I noticed the drawers were sticking out about two inches instead of being pushed in flush against the wall or furniture, making the room look unfinished and poorly maintained. The wires connecting the TV, fridge, and microwave were also exposed and tangled, giving the entire room a messy appearance. The biggest issue, however, was the bed. There were multiple black stains all over the bed...

"Mattresses had very large stains on them. Restaurant was very poor. Floors in room were dirty. Very sketchy neighborhood. People visibly smoking meth less than 30 feet from hotel property. Parking is off site and costs $32/day. I waited 30 minutes trying to get into parking garage to retrieve my car cause the garage door wouldn’t open. Would not book again"
