"No television service and they continued to say someone was coming to fix it but never came and also said that they didn't know how to switch me to a room with cable and working television. Looked at the walls the time I was there. Just disappointing"

"When I arrived and entered the empty Lobby; I said HELLO; and received no answer, so I rang the bell. And a young person (16??) came out and said, "what do you want." Very unprofessional. Room was ok, towels were ok, but stained. White socks turned black, from walking on floor in the room. Overall all 2 out of 5 is generous."

"Not fancy and right by a busy truck stop. Not in the greatest part of town. We just needed a place to stay for a night so it suited our needs. Dogs allowed."
