"I absolutely love the fact that the property is smoke-free as a non-smoker it's refreshing to go someplace that doesn't smell like an ashtray as soon as you walk in it doesn't interfere with the buffet or any of the other restaurants. When you play in the casino the points you earn can go to getting a coffee at the coffee shop or food purchases with a discount not to mention getting half off your lunch or your dinner buffet."

"Well maintained. Breakfast was great and the pool was enjoyed by the entire family. Only thing upsetting was the fact that they charged us $25 dollars to check in at 2:00 pm. If the room is ready there is no cost involved in letting someone check in early to their room. I think this is just a form of gouging people. Other hotels allow this without being charged."

"The room was very dated. Cabinet door for safe won’t close. Shower/shower head needs replaced. Queen beds usually have 4 pillows but there were only 2. Could use some attention & repairs. Beds were comfortable to me, not firm enough for my husband. I typically stay at GN Biloxi 1-2x a year, this was the least cared for room they’ve put me in."

"The hotel is nice and the staff was friendly but it was a little other than letting us know we were second priority to the event they had (couldn’t use the elevator after certain hours, had to use one that was inconvenient to our room). The shower leaked and got all over the floor and the clothes I had taken off due to a defect in the craftsmanship of the door. The floor was a literal pool of water. It was also excessively humid in our room. I’ve stayed at many beaches and have lived in the south my whole life, but this was above the norm for humidity. My curly hair was not happy for the event I had to attend the next morning."
