"There wasn't any shampoo, hand soap,etc in our room. Had to go ask for some. There was unknown human hair in the bathtub. The front desk gal seemed like we were a bother. The front gal also charged our credit card a large amount for the room, when we had already paid through a third party. When trying to contact them there was no answer, 6 times. Now we are wondering if we will ever get our money back from the charge on our credit card at the motel."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. While there wasn't a coffeemaker in the room, there was always coffee and snacks available in the lobby. The room had a mini fridge with a freezer so we could store our freezer packs and ice cream. In terms of aesthetics/location, it's right next to McDonalds and on a busy road- so don't come for the views and ambience. But, downtown Missoula is a short (walkable) distance away. "The room was not clean when we first checked in. It smelled as if someone had spilled beer all around the door, and the cleaning staff did not use any odor-killing solution. Additionally, they would not provide room service or fresh linens unless you pay $20. We also had to take out our own trash."
