"Mostly a very good experience. The property is physically very close to the Innere Stadt with very easy tram/subway connections that can have you at Stephansplatz in under 15 minutes. That said, it is located in a very quiet residential area with limited food/drink/nightlife options immediately adjacent. (If you’re looking for “close to city, but quiet,” this is ideal). Communication with host was good, and the check-in package of info was excellent. (It’s not a hotel… no staff on site). ...

They did not care, nor had sufficient alternative accommodation, nor had any intention to compensate the people impacted. 4 weeks have passed the incident and they still not responded to emails. "It was a lovely roomy apartment with everything we needed provided.The Apartment was larger than we were expecting which was a lovely surprise. It had two toilets, a very big bathroom and a balcony with table and chairs. Close to a supermarket, pharmacy, local restaurants and the underground station was across the road from the apartment so made it very easy to get around. It was a short walk through a park to the Schonbrunn Palace. If we went again would definitely book this apartment."
