"We were supposed to receive check in information 24 hours in advance. When we never received it I had to contact the property 3 times before they sent the codes. The room was supposed to have a’sleeper sofa’ - what it had was a cot that took up what little space we had and meant we had no comfortable place to sit. The room was incredibly noisy with constant foot falls and racket from the room above."

"Appart hotel qui offre un rapport qualité prix tout à fait correct. Il est bien situé dans la zone 1 et le centre de Londres et tous les centres d'intérêt sont facilement accessibles par metro. Le quartier est très sur et rassurant. Il y a une superette à proximité ainsi que plusieurs restaurants. Seul bemol, le jacuzzi etait froid et donc sans intérêt et la salle de sport est vétuste (certains appareils sont hors service ainsi que le sauna, c'est dommage).
