"Studio was really well equipped and great location for a family party all in all great accommodation"

"I'll start by saying that this hotel is fine, at best. I'll highlight that the best credit to the hotel is its location. It's perfectly placed in central London (Zone 1) with easy access to several modes of transport closeby. The hotel is very is designed very nicely with a modern aesthetic that you'll find in many newly designed hotels that cater to the 20-40 year old crowd. Unfortunately, check-in was not smooth and I was denied early check-in after a transatlantic flight even though I emailed...

"I’m not quite sure what Native Fulham Broadway is. It’s certainly not located"

"Very good location near the Green Park tube station. Young man at the front desk (there each of the three days we stayed) was phenomenal. Older building ( with all that implies) but well kept up. Some street noise at night, and no A/C, but temperature was manageable. Liked our stay."

"Muy bien ubicado y excelente relación de precio calidad. Cerca del Museo Nacional de Historia. Alrededor de embajadas y zona muy agradable."

The staff on Mondays are not the regular staff and they can't provide you with towels, however they were able to provide...

A special mention goes to Arcona, who made our visit even more memorable. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful, and took the time to make sure we had a great experience. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out. The Tower itself is fascinating, but it is people like Arcona who add that extra personal touch that makes a visit truly...

"Great location with good access to rail and bus. No response to message sent before stay was a bit disappointing but nice tidy accommodation."
