"Wij hebben een erg prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. Alles was uitstekend verzorgd: de kamers waren netjes, het personeel vriendelijk en de algehele sfeer was zeer aangenaam. Wat ons betreft was het verblijf gewoon top!
Het enige aandachtspunt is het laadpunt voor elektrische auto’s. Er zijn twee laadplaatsen aanwezig, maar deze waren gedurende de hele avond en nacht bezet. Als je met een elektrische auto reist, is het verstandig hier rekening mee te houden en eventueel een alternatief...

"It was overall good. I did enjoy the breakfast offering. The staff wasn’t very helpful, however. I asked for help shipping a package and the first staff member said I could bring the package to the reception desk and they could print a label and arrange delivery. The second staff member I asked when I got the package ready told me they could not help me at all. I had to walk about 15 minutes to a DHL location carrying my 25lbs package to get it shipped.
The property was pretty well maintained...

"Das Hotel liegt ruhig und dennoch zentral. Innerhalb von knapp 10 Minuten sind sowohl der Bahnhof als auch die Innenstadt bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet und voll ausgestattet. Das 15 qm-Doppelzimmer ist für die Belegung mit einer Person vollkommen ausreichend, für zwei Personen etwas eng. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und das Frühstück bietet alles, was man zum Frühstück braucht.
Kurzum: Ein sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel, welches ich noch einmal...

"The hotel is situated just by the Munster in the old town and couldn’t be better placed. The hotel is beautiful and very old but well maintained. It has so much character. There was fresh fruit in the room on arrival. The staff were very cheerful and helpful and a total pleasure. The breakfast in the attached restaurant was superb. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to visit it again."
