"Very disappointing and unacceptable experience My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. When we arrived, there was no one available to receive or assist us, and there was no clear signage or hotel name to help us identify the property. The room also had no proper lighting, and basic essentials such as toilet paper were not provided. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the staff. "Ich hatte das Glück übers Wochenende noch ein Doppelzimmer in dem schönen Hotel zu ergattern. Die Lage ist super! Fußläufig ist das Krankenhaus, die malerische Innenstadt sowie der Staffelsee zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Der Gastgeber war extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Tag begann mit einem sehr reichhaltigen und abwechslungsreichen Frühstück auch hier fehlte es an nichts. Rührei, Spiegelei, etc. wurde Individuell frisch zubereitet....
