"We stayed in a small villa in this property. The kitchen was very small, but it had a refrigerator which was nice and also microwave. Comfortable pullout couch in the living room area. breakfast which was a very nice breakfast and I felt that the price was very reasonable price. The pool closes at 8 PM. It seemed a little early given that it is light even later than that but the pool is amazing. They don’t have a great way of charging you for incidental costs so you need to put a deposit down...

"The apartments are managed as family business. They treated us like if we were part of the family, increadibly attentive and helpful. The apartments have everything you can possibly ask for and need. In a superb location, there are good public transport links to Dubrovnik right in front of the house, about 15 min ride, small supermarket downstairs and restaurants around. Just few min walk to the beach. We will definitely go back there, away from the crowds and such a good experience overall. "

"You really need a car to stay at this property as it is up country lanes that taxis don’t like to go to so we struggled a bit getting around. It isn’t clear in the description that it is so far out. Other than that we enjoyed our stay at apartment roza. The hosts are very accommodating and could not do enough for us. It is well equipped with everything you need."

"The property was very close to the airport, but there were no restaurants nearby. I had to walk to a small grocery to get food and toiletries (there was no shampoo or soap). The towels too were worn and old. The price was a bit too high for me, all things considered."

"A lovely apartment, an easy walk from the restaurants etc along Cavtat's marina. The apartment had everything you could need, and the host lives in the house opposite and is very helpful. I highly recommend this place to stay. The only thing to be aware of (and this applies to all properties around Dubrovnik) is that the airport is nearby, and the flight path goes over all the nearby towns, so you do hear the aircraft going over - but it didn't bother me."
