"Do not book here! Roaches and poop towels !!! We couldn’t get a refund , so we requested another room and that room had roaches as well. The rooms are humid and sticky ! Breakfast items are spoiled and old . The towels and bedding was dirty and we even pulled a poop towel from the stack of “clean” towels. My daughter caught a stomach virus from this hotel . Literally the worst hotel stay we’ve ever had, just save your money and book elsewhere!"

"The lady at the front desk, when we checked in, was very polite and accommodating. The room was very clean and spacious. The AC worked very well. Breakfast was good. The hotel was easy to access and parking was easy. I would definitely stay here again"

"I've stayed here many times while traveling through Mobile. First, to give credit where it's due, I still consider this the best hotel in Mobile. That said, each stay seems to come with a different room quality and a different staff experience. The staff is generally friendly and accommodating, although on occasion I get the impression that some employees are not particularly happy to be there. The rooms are the biggest unknown. I sometimes wonder if booking through Expedia results in being...

"This property is so quiet! While the hotel was at capacity during my stay I wouldn't have guessed it. I also loved having the extra space - living space seperate from sleeping space. The air conditioning was execeptional during the hot Alabama summer and was welcoming to come back to."

"Breakfast was top-tier. The rooms was nice crashing and clean refrigerator cold microwave coffee side. The room is a 10 out of 10. Staff is excellent room services. Excellent."

"This was the grossest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in. The floor was covered in random little puddles of some kind of weird wet goo. The bed smelled like throw up. We checked in just before midnight and were too tired to find another hotel or we wouldn’t have stayed. We checked out early and won’t be back."
