Nhà và căn hộ du lịch tại Moclin

"Muy hamables, limpio y bonito Mi unica queja es que la cama doble era un poco pequeña para mi que soy alguien de 1,82mts pero quitando eso todo bien. "

"Good location, spacious room, well maintained full kitchen. Shower area is a bit wired and not very clean. Asked too many questions for wifi connection."

"Lots of space, very clean but a bit noisy due to courtyard. Instructions to enter were confusing, another guest who had figured it out helped us enter. Contacted host to relay lighting issue outside our room but it was call centre so communication was frustrating (went thru several agents asking same questions). Thought I was being helping by reporting an issue but ended up frustrated as constant back and forth was disrupting my vacation. Won’t make that mistake again. Positive stay regardless,...

"The location was excellent, and the accommodation offered great value for money. However, the hot water turned cold twice during our showers, and the toilet was not flushing properly. After we reported the issue, the maintenance team came and fixed the toilet promptly, which we appreciated. Apart from these inconveniences, we enjoyed our stay."

"We loved our stay here. The staff are great. We had some issues with our room on our first day of stay and they quickly responded to our concern and moved us to an upgraded suit. The place is in the heart of Granada . Very close to everything . The only thing I would caution is noise. There are aloof of restaurants around and it can be noisy"

"Clean and comfortable!"

"Position strategique pour vivre le quartier de l'Albaicin mais en proximité du centre ville et des autres attractions. Le parking proposé, dans ce quartier trés beau c'est un atout."

"The good & the bad! Beautiful modern room , bathroom & balcony in excellent position. Well airconditioned & comfortable bed. But… check-in took us an hour of waiting with our luggage outside the hotel. The spa on the balcony was too cold to use. The open toilet was practically in the bedroom. Loud noise from bars below continued until early hours of the morning."

"The room is nice and clean. Staffs are helpful. Bedroom with a view of the old town square. One can hear the conversation of the passers-by late in the night."

"Deben mejorar la atención al cliente, capacitar al personal que atiende por WhatsApp . Por otro lado deben advertir que las habitaciones en el tercer piso no tienen acceso por elevador . Durante la estadía se les informó sobre un terrible mal olor desde el cuarto de baño, que impregnaba toda la habitación . No hicieron nada para buscar solución . Lo único excelente es la ubicación ."

"Pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was clean and had amenities. It was also very close to the Alhambra which was the reason for us to visit Granada. Would definitely come back here again."

"Parking was very challenging but only because we didn’t know the area. Couldn’t really ask for a better location."
