As others have said, this property is dated and worn. Interacted with three representatives. Two of them were fantastic. One of them, in my opinion, was condescending and irritating. To summarize, I was told they may have an air mattress but I should come back later. When I came back, this other representative jumped into the conversation and I and told me they do not provide extra bedding... I then asked if they provided Wi-Fi. He/c told me yes. Then I told them that there was no Wi-Fi in my room. He/shee told me that they've been trying for weeks to get it fixed. This person just rubbed me the wrong way in a condescending manner. But there was definitely no wi-fi in our room. This created a big problem because my nephew was trying to apply to his college in Germany and could not get the job done. He ended up having a stand out in front of the lobby. Even there, he had significant trouble. On top of that, the coffee machine did not work properly. Could not make a decent cup of coffee with it no matter how hard we tried. The stay was not terrible, but it is not a place I would book again. The pool was very nice. The other two women at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. It's not hard to buy a Wi-Fi extender and plug it in. I know people will say that we should disconnect and relax, but in this case, the Wi-Fi was necessary... And it was supposedly part of the amenities. There was no attempt to fix it or credit it.
