"The staff was super friendly and helpful. I used the courtesy laundry room which was easy once I figured out the app. The pool was relaxing. It was an enjoyable stay. The hotel is conveniently near the train station, and there are a couple of pizza joints within walking distance."

"We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Internazionale! The staff was very pleasant. It is conveniently located near everyplace we wanted to go. Breakfast was delicious! AC was adequate, fan in the room was helpful. We had a garden view room which was very quiet. WiFi was fast and easy to connect to. Our room was clean. We would definitely stay there again next time we’re in Bologna!"

"The hotel was clean and amenities useful and clean. My only reason for giving a 4 instead of 5 is the late night check in. The machine doesn't read the ID due to glare from the lighting. We spent 30 minutes with remote support before we were checked in. At midnight, after a delayed journey, it is not a good welcome."

"Lobby was beautiful but lacking a comfortable temp. They run AC at a minimum but leave front door open to outside. The hallways have no ac and the room they gave me was an air conditioned room but it did not work. They did move me to a bigger, nicer room with working ac but I had to pay an additional 20 euro per night."
