Liked the location. However the first room wasn’t unacceptable. Entering the room in the afternoon noticed a dead bug on top of the counter but did not expected anything out of the ordinary. When returning late night there was bugs everywhere walls, floors, shower, etc. Immediately called the front office and the lady was hesitant to believe and I requested that she come to the room to verify. The only option I had was to move to another room. With all this experience I just wanted my refund back since I was not comfortable to experience another scenery. She told me she could not give me my refund because I had 30 minutes to decline a room. I told her that this situation was the premise’s problem not mine? At this point the only solution was to try another room and it was better, at least I did not see bugs.
This was my experience that I will not forget.
