"The Novotel staff provided excellent service from the moment we arrived. They were very accommodating and allowed us to store our luggage before our scheduled check-in time, which made it much easier to begin exploring Vienna without having to carry our bags around. We also appreciated their flexibility in allowing us to check in approximately 1.5 hours earlier than the official check-in time, which was a thoughtful gesture and greatly improved our arrival experience. The hotel’s location was another major highlight. It is conveniently situated directly across the street from Vienna’s main ÖBB Central Train Station, making it an ideal choice for travelers arriving by train or planning day trips from the city. Despite being close to a major transportation hub, the area felt comfortable and convenient, with many shops, cafés, and restaurants nearby. We also appreciated being only about a 10-minute walk from the beautiful Belvedere Palace, one of Vienna’s most impressive landmarks. The location made it easy to explore both the city’s attractions and the surrounding neighborhood. We especially enjoyed the hotel’s fitness room, which offered amazing views overlooking the city of Vienna. Having the opportunity to exercise while taking in the skyline was a unique and enjoyable feature. "Really enjoyed having a drink at roof top bar. Bartender was pleasant and efficient. Bed was comfortable. Mooons is only about 5 minutes from central train station and U was easily accessible. Our stay was great."

"Good location just across the airport. Room given was a bit dark. - not much lighting. Front desk staff was helpful. Recommended if you want to stay close to the airport but going to the city center is quite far."

"We visited Vienna for three nights and had a lovely stay. The area is clean and feels very safe. The location is conveniently located to the train station and the yellow line of the hop on hop off bus (part of the Vienna Pass which I would recommend). There are plenty of restaurants in the area and our taxi driver said there is amazing international cuisine. The room was large and the bed was very comfy. The bathroom was very spacious too which was great. The room is air conditioned and the windows open. There are blackout curtains which were very nice. The building was very quiet, no disturbances whatsoever. My only “complaint” is the WIFI. It was quite slow, we couldn’t stream a show without it buffering every few minutes. Other than that it was amazing."

"They have a pool on the roof :) you can see downtown while swimming! It’s a great feature and plus you can cool off after the hot day in the pool. Breakfast was excellent too."

"Modern, clean and comfortable. Close proximity to the train and trams. Did not hear the trains when window was closed. Would have liked a mini fridge to keep grocery items and chill drinks. Also would appreciate complementary coffee and tea being available all day"
