We have stayed there for 10 days and we felt like at home! The place is simply outstanding and has exceeded our expectations despite of all the great reviews we have read before visiting it. You will find everything there that is needed/useful/handy for you stay. For us it is definitely 11 stars out of 10! Now onto staff - well they all were simply amazing. Polite, helpful, welcoming, respectful, happy, knowledgeable. All of them were always checking if we were happy with everything. Rafaella was very helpful in terms of suggesting places to visit and Alessia was an incredible photographer! We wanted to say a massive thank you to all of you and you have made our stay there simply wonderful!"
