"L habitacion era muy limpia, nos han asignado una habitacion con acceso a la piscina en la zona tranquila, la verdad que para familias mejor la otra piscina con animacion, asi que en ningun momento hemos aprovechado de l acceso directo a la piscina. L animacion muy muy floja,casi tienes que buscar tu los animadores para jugar o participar algun torneo. tampoco se respetan los horarios y los show que ponen en el cartel.
El buffet muy bueno y con mucha variedad.Los camareros todos muy amables.

"The staff were (again) super. The breakfast team were always welcoming and eager to help and Anna from reception was wonderful.
The room was perfect. Mum is disabled and needs a scooter to get around, the lift access to each floor meant everything was available but the lower lift remises broken for our entire trip which meant reliance on taxis from the top or me dismantling and carrying it down the steps while mum had to stand.
