"Ich kam sehr früh an, gegen 09:00 Uhr und das Personal an der Rezeption hat alles getan um mir gleich ein Apartment nach meinem Wunsch ( mit Balkon ) zu geben, so habe ich gleich eingecheckt und dafür haben die kein Aufpreis berechnet. Insgesamt war mein Aufenthalt sehr schön, Apartment sehr geräumig, Bett hervorragend, Küche sehr gut ausgestattet, sogar mit Waschmaschine. Ein Anruf bei der Rezeption und alle Wünsche wurden sofort erfüllt. Frühstück wurde in das Zimmer gebracht jeden Morgen...

"Overpriced, scam, badest service I‘ve ever had.. first time and last time. I‘ve been charged 160 AED for a small bag of chips and some mini chocolate bars which were on my room. Seemed like for free but while checking out they said I got something from the minibar, which I didn‘t. Then someone looked after the room, said sir you opened the chips and chocolate.. ~40€ for that.. on the other hand I‘ve spent so much at the beach, in the restaurant or in one of the bars.. overall what I can say is...

"The hotel is in a great spot to see all the sights that Dubai has to offer. You have the tram station which links you to the metro line along with a bus stop outside the front door. Be sure to buy a Noi card to make travelling around easier. Ferry services, boat taxis and boat trips available on the marina behind the hotel. Day trips and excursions are available to book at the hotel reception area. The beach is within walking distance along with many cafes, restaurants and supermarkets. "

"The apartment is in a great location with supermarkets, restaurant all around the hotel. The marina is just across the road where you will find lots to do and the beach is about a 15 min walk away. The apartment was lovely but there are a few points that others should consider: The utensils in the apartment are great apart from there was only 1 pan and it’s the size of a bucket! This limited the option of cooking in the apartment. There were no baking trays either for the oven so we had to get...

"Honestly, I could not fault a single element of the hotel. Everything about the resort is spot on. The restaurant staff were fantastic, the pool and beach teams were attentive and friendly, concierge and reception were incredibly helpful, and even the spa staff were wonderful. The service across the board was exceptional. We stayed all inclusive and the choice was endless not your standard buffet style."
