"I booked Heat hotel for the convenience of watching an event happening in the Channel. I had a great view from my room. The room was spacious and had a very nice big balcony overlooking the London Bridge and the Channel so I was able to enjoy the event in comfort. "

"Morning staff was nice. We had concerns when we first got in room and seen some damages but quickly was informed they keep very good track of it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Only issue we had was my husband had an allergic reaction to the soap they use. But overall would recommend. "
