"My wife and I have stayed at both Best Westerns in Kingman for the past six years. Usually 4 star stays. This time was different. Maybe just a bad weekend. Both ice machines were down. The room smelled like an ash tray even though it is "no smoking". The guest next door kept talking about fighting someone, anyone, he just felt like fighting. Maybe some parking lot security or at least some cameras might help with over ambitious guests. On the positive side, the property is clean, the room was clean, and the property feels safe overall. The breakfast options are good, the fresh fruit is great, but I don't like the powdered eggs much. Two things I would upgrade immediately: 1) some firm pillows 2) wider parking spaces."
