I had no issues with anything else and the check-in and check-out processes were easy and quick. Would stay here again."

"The maid service was good but the ice machine was still broken worse yet internet and TV was off the whole time. Hotel was full but after it not being repaired by weekend people started leaving. Manager didn't care enough to give refund. He refused to give refund if you booked through Expedia. He didn't care if you left because he said he could book for $200 a night which he found out he couldn't with no TV no ice. It advertised laundry and that hasn't worked forever. We did not need to be on the river, but it sure was great to be able to walk to it in less than two minutes.!!! The competition does not have a pool you were in one of the hottest cities in America so you need a pool this place is great!"
